Policy selections and the timing of forms & responses will determine the delivery date of your handbook. Average time from beginning to end is approximately 3-8 weeks, depending on complexity.
A $500 down payment is required. Final payment is due prior to receiving your first draft.
Includes all Hiring & Orientation Policies, Employment Classifications, Wage & Hour Policies, Attendance Policies, Performance Policies, Standards of Conduct, Termination Policies, and all Federal and Nebraska Employment Policies required by law.
Pricing starts at $900 and includes two benefit policies. Additional benefit policies can be added. Benefit policies include, but are not limited to, all forms of Medical, Retirement, and Paid Time Off polices.

Choose from a number of additional policies that can be added to your handbook. Select up to three Additional Handbook policies for $150.
Handbook or External polices that are needed for industry specific, safety, or other unique aspects of your business can be added.
Get a review of your handbook within 18 months of receiving your final handbook.
Bell Solutions reviews handbooks twice a year to address any change in business or labor laws. Choose the time of year that works best for you.
Any minor updates that are required by law will be provided for you to add to your handbook.
Additional fees may apply for revisions.
*Note: In Nebraska new Sick pay requirements will be available in the summer of 2025 and will be required to be implemented in your business no later than September 2025.
