Bell Solutions Promotion Taylor Swift Tickets Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OWNERS WHO ARE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. 

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Bell Solutions Taylor Swift Tickets Promotion (the “Giveaway”) begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on November 1, 2023, and ends at 10:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on November 15, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open to Self-employed legal residents of the United States, including business owners or independent contractors who file Schedule C, 1065, or 1120-S tax returns (sole proprietors, owners of LLCs, partnerships, or s-corporations), and who are 19 years of age or older at time of entry. 

All Bell Solutions membership clients as of 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on November 1, 2023, will be automatically entered for a chance to win.

Employees, officers, or agents of Bell Solutions (the “Sponsor”), or any immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: There are TWO (2) ways to enter:

ONLINE | Enter by signing up for a Self-Employment Membership from Bell Solutions during the promotion period to receive ONE (1) entry. To do so click here. 

MAIL | Enter without purchase via US Postal mail and receive ONE (1) entry. To do so, hand write the following on the front of a 3×5 card: your full name and address including zip code, name of your business, business website or description of products or services sold, e-mail address, telephone number, and your age.  Insert card in a stamped #10 envelope and place a first-class stamp on the envelope for sufficient postage, then mail to: Giveaway Entry, Bell Solutions, PO Box 83873, Lincoln, NE 68501. Return address and Bell Solutions mailing address must be handwritten. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2023, and received by November 17, 2023. Mail-in entries received that follow the instructions noted above will earn ONE (1) entry. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Metered mail will not be accepted. All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected from participants used only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and later communications from Sponsor and will not be sold or shared in any manner. 

Limit ONE (1) entry per Business.  All Entries are subject to verification. Bell Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in this Giveaway. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Bell Solutions in a timely manner may result in disqualification.  

BONUS ENTRIES: Available for all eligible entrants.  From time to time during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will communicate, via email, an opportunity to obtain additional entries in the Giveaway. 

Additional entries (“Bonus Entries”) may be obtained by clicking on or following the instructions contained, such as opting into communications from Bell Solutions or referring a friend. Each Bonus Offer will provide Bonus Entries in the Giveaway. Each Bonus Offer will be available for a limited time as specified. YOU MAY ENTER EACH BONUS OFFER ONLY ONE (1) TIME for a total of EIGHT (8) possible Bonus Entries. Mail in entries will receive communications for Bonus entries when mail in entry is received by November 15, 2023, and the within the specified Bonus Entry time limit. 

PRIZE DRAWING: A random drawing for the Prize from all eligible entries will be conducted on November 22, 2023. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: There is a total of ONE (1) Prize offered in this Giveaway with an approximate retail value of $3,300.

PRIZE: Two tickets to the Taylor Swift, The Eras Tour concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024.

PRIZE DETAILS: Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of all taxes on their prize. Prize includes e-tickets only. 

PRIZE GENERAL RULES: The Prize Potential Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on November 22, 2023. The Prize Potential Winner will be notified via a telephone call, followed by email on November 22, 2023. All Potential Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9 information within seven days of notification attempt. If they fail to do so, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries. If the alternate Potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated time frame, the alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified and a second alternate Potential Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries. If the second alternate Potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated time frame, the second alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified and the Grand Prize will be forfeited and not awarded. Should the Potential Winner (or any alternate Potential Winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that Potential Winner, and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected.

Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or their likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes are to be directed to the Sponsor at the address below.

WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES, INDEMNITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS (US$25.00), BUT IN NOEVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS (US$25.00).
