Remote Accountant [CFO on the Go]
Essential Duties
- Small business cash-based bookkeeping.
- Financial reconciliations.
- Financial statement review & preparation.
- Client document control management
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years business accounting experience.
- Must know how to read & prepare small business financial statements.
- Ability to serve many clients in many industries simultaneously.
Preference Given for:
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Income tax experience
- Small business compliance knowledge
- Passion for small business / entrepreneurship
Position Details
- Part-time remote.
- Flexible schedule, but must be available during some day hours.
- Must be available on Friday mornings for virtual meetings.
- Must be available to meet in person in Lincoln, NE 2-4 times per year.
- Computer provided. Must have secure home office with internet.
Income Tax Preparer
Essential Duties
- Prepare and file small business and owner income taxes; including 1120s, 1065, and 1040 returns.
- Review and analyze small business financials information periodically throughout the year.
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to support long-term tax plans and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in public accounting and/or tax planning and preparation. [CPA not required]
- Must have small business filing experience.
- Must be proficient with cloud based software.
Preference Given for:
- QuickBooks Online experience.
- Small business tax planning advisory experience.
- Passion for small business / entrepreneurship
Position Details
- Seasonal remote
- Can be 1099 or W2
- Client base provided
- All business records and financials are prepared by CFOs for tax filing in January. This position would work with CFO team to complete business returns, and work with clients to complete individual returns.
Marketing Manager
Essential Duties
- Develop & oversee marketing activities for new women's entrepreneurship program including but not limited to strategies, market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events & social media.
- Work with team to create small business compliance articles and content.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of marketing management experience.
Preference Given for:
- Experience launching new brand to new audience.
- Passion for entrepreneurship or women empowerment
- Small business compliance knowledge.
Position Details

Essential Duties
- Oversee and ensure accounting division success.
- Execute compliance & internal audit programs.
- Oversee client bookkeeping and perform small business accounting tasks.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Small business reviews and analysis
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Provide team training, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ year of accounting experience.
- Must know how to read & prepare small business financial statements.
- Must have small business compliance knowledge.
- Must be able to lead and motivate remote team.
Preference Given for:
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Small Business Legal structure knowledge.
- Income tax experience
- Human Resource and/or Payroll Tax Compliance
- Sales tax filing experience
- Passion for small business / entrepreneurship
